Shipping and Order Management Team Member
Triangle Engineering is actively seeking a Shipping and Order Management Team Member. The individual in this role must be able to work independently as well as with a team. This position is eligible to be a part-time or full-time position.
The individual in this role will be responsible for the following:
- Organization and shipment of both customer and stock jobs within the company’s shop system
- Production of all paperwork accompanying shipments such as:
- Packing slips
- Box labels
- Certificates of Conformances
- Inspection Reports
- Material Certifications
- Processing of shipments and paperwork through various carriers, such as UPS, DHL, SAIA Freight, R&L, etc.
- Tracking and editing of jobs once they have closed
- Tracking of on-time delivery
- Additional tasks as needed
Prior experience with shipment processing and order entry preferred.
